I had an fantastic experience at Dr. Novy's office. All the staff was incredibly friendly. My dental hygienist Patti did a great job and had fantastic attention to detail. Dr. Novy was also great- absolutely no issues. He was easy to talk to and took time to answer all the questions that I had. I did not get the sense that they were trying to upsell me on any unnecessary services, which was my primary concern about finding a new dentist. Would highly recommend Dr. Novy to anyone in the Austin area.

Best Dentist! Leanne does my cleanings. I decline novocaine so she is extra gentle. The office is clean and professional. I pay out of pocket and find their pricing to be reasonable for the quality of care I receive. Dr. Novy is very educated. Unlike other dentists I've been to Dr. Novy's team does not try to upsell unnecessary treatments or interventions. I also bring my son every 6 months. They are great with children! I've visited their office 5 times and have always been treated with the greatest care.

Dr Novy is far and away the finest dentist I have ever seen. As an 86 year old career military officer, I have been exposed to dental needs all over the world. His skill and patient interaction is perfect , his people are friendly, and personable and his clinic is gorgeous.It doesn't get any better than this.

I usually switch dentists every few years or so. It may be because I think the dentist is more motivated by profit than he/she should be or because their hygienists hurt me during cleaning, or they run a little disorganized. But, I have nothing but good things to say about the way Dr. Novy and his staff have treated me and run their business over the past 5 years or so I've been going there. It has been a very good and consistent experience with them.
